I feel privileged to work with an organization like Sun Knowledge. I have been working with Sun Knowledge since 2021 and collected plenty of cherishable and memorable moments. Initially, when I joined Sun Knowledge without having any medical billing experience, I was a bit afraid but my supervisors and colleagues are really awesome they helped me a lot. I was rewarded and recognized a couple of times and got appraisals in good time.

Dislikes

The only thing i would suggest is that the company should provide Night Allowance apart from the salary.

The owner himself is keeping himself safe. Forces his employee to work from office despite the pandemic for a very low salary which wint even cover a hospital bed when you become covid positive.

They are forcing employees to work from office in the pandemic. Despite the fact that this same work can be perfectly be done back at home. While the owner of Sunknowledge is safely working from home. They make the employees take risk and come at office in the second wave of covid.

Likes

A good and well mannered company. But hardly you will find any legitimacy from the HR head on pay hike. Only the culture and environment does not give livelihood. Syed ali Rizwan is a creepest manager among all no human value he have.

Dislikes

The leaves management, no automation on the work hours, Manager especially the big teams manager will treat us like servants because more important for all of them is the buttering amd internal politics to full filll their own aim.

... environment, supportive supervisors and lots of opportunities and job postings. If you are looking for a good salary structure & job security at Kolkata in Medical billing domain, I can think of just one name, Sunknowledge.

1. Most of the employees are young of age group 21-30 yrs, so you gonna make good friends. 2. Work and company culture is good, but may vary from team to team. In my case, my team, supervisor and manager is really cool and supportive. 3. Office location is great, prime location of Kolkata salt lake sector 5, you can enjoy night life there. 4. Many peoples may worry about night shift mainly girls and there families, but i suggest to take a look at the area before joining it's completely safe, police car was always there and apart from that there are more than 2000 sunknowledge employees working there, Many other companies employees are also doing night shifts there. So it doesn't feel like night actually. There was full of people around you. 5. Cab facility is provided one way only, at night when your shift ends you will avail the cab facility, the cabs are running throughout the city. 6. Saturday and Sunday off, which is a really good thing, you also get the whole day light of monday because your job is at night on monday.

Dislikes

1. Company salary, very very very low salary. 2. Night shifts for long time actually harm your body little by little, after a year you will see results, you may face health problems.
