Salary is decent for freshers but career growth is very slow. There is minimum to no increments even after 3 years.

My journey in Sun Knowledge started in this year itself, Jan 2022 and it has been a roller coaster ride since then! The training period was very informative and helped form a strong foundation for our future in medical billing.

One of the best companies with regards to human resource value, work pife balance and company culture. Small team but great work culture and no superiority issues.

Appraisals and incentives are low, infact negligible.

The group has good IT infrastructure

Dislikes

This is very closely held company and does not believe in the professional independence in handling corporate affairs. There is a need to understand and treat the employees as its asset rather than a tool to achieve its objectives.
