You can take salary from the company as employee and also can be distributors for competition company, and these things are known by the respective Leads also but they will not do any thing because they know if he touch the guy and he resign or got terminated, then the lead has to work, You want to make money, You can take sun DTH distribution in 50k and being an employee, and you can earn Lakhs & Crores with the help of their senior employee.

A worst Company l had wasted my precious time, regional Managers are the guy who drive this company, all the Money & budgets are in the hand of Mr so called RMs who manipulate and the budget which source for sale , they use personally beside salary with the help of some channel partners who are very close to them, they will provide more schemes in terms of money to these channel partners so any time they can use them personally, this thing cannot be proven as all the transaction happens in cash, CLUSTER LEADS who even don't knows the A of business they are being appointed as leader who enjoys great family holidays on name of travel expenses, HR is the team of Trans Gender who are sitting at Chennai, they are the most happier HR than any other company is having. This company also follows communalism no other than south guy is on senior position other than state Heads & Cluster Lead after this only south people are the Leader, A person who is a good performer, they will ruin his life in such way that he stands no option other than to Quit, A terrible company, if your are ready to work on lower package they will welcome you , doesn't matter them whether you know the business or not, good for channel partner who are looting them from years, the kind of operations this company follows its look like some entrepreneur making is black money white ,

...ple will be chucked out of job even in a day . Environment is highly political.. Compensation is very low compared to market.. Groupism & targeting of resources is very common..

Even after trying for a long time I could not find anything good to say.

...scrimination on various levels. They do not know what a healthy work culture is. Salary and compensation is very poor. There will be no hike, I repeat no hike. If you try to leave the company even after serving your notice period you will be threatened that bad reviews will be given to you in the BGV process.
