No job security. They recently shut down 2 of their offices fully. Discounted couples of role. Hired me for US clients but throw me after a year saying that we hired people in US. Don’t need you anymore

I've applied for the fresh job post soon after posted by the Sumo Logic Team on all known job portal including Linkedin. Talent Team approach is so lame and poor because they do not even scan a resume or applicant prior to draft an email or DM on LinkedIn and offer you a role completely opposite of your career level. Geoff Moore is talent team executive who reached me for most junior position and didn't even care to look into their system is this candidate carrying what total and relevant experience. Nikita Tumbal is another dumb person who reach you first via call & LinkedIn for a job role and after said I will let you know if hiring manager shortlist you. I understand to revert back every candidate is not possible at all but when candidate call back to know the status of the feedback about shortlist happen or not. No answer even though you try call every week. This same pattern have been observed with total 6 different individual in my professional connection from both of those dumb talent team person.
