Only thing to like about this organization is it's situated in coimbatore. That's the only positive thing about this organization.

Dislikes

...o them they will through you like anything. You have to work 12 hours per day. Even Saturday and Sunday also you need to work but without any compensation. Senior employees will be treated like pigs bu the management. They not even what's meant by work life balance.

Dislikes

Some of the technical & non-technical seniors are still dominating the employees . That's causing concern. This need to be improved lot & rectify in the proper manner by Human resource . It will lead to improve the employer & employees growth. I strongly believe in pslam 138:8 ,Proverbs 23:18. Starting career here offers lot of learning opportunity but 1000% sure u will affected by internal politics & throw out side with out any recognition. Thank u😊 Thanks for better understanding.

Actually before summits Hygronics i have 2years experience in Knorr bremse ind pvt ltd mnc company position sales and service engineer Automobile commercial spare parts.. But my personal intrest to deal industrial slaes side that's why I go to summits Hygronics company these two products are parallel......

Nothing to like. Even daily wage labour will be happy and satisfied with their daily work. You wont even get that also.

Dislikes

Starts from respecting employees , provident fund, while releiveing from the company they will treat you like anything.
