I do my work rest nothing is there to like about .

Dislikes

The work culture is too toxic , support too much inclined towards women , manager or ceo doesnt speak when needed . Manager need to treat all the staff equally, and they should speak regarding anything related to work not only mentioning the marks on appraisal form or so called increment form. No appreciation. Increment not upto the mark. True and hard working people are ignored. Ego and useless manners of HR . These all things were there which made me easier leaving the company .

Except for few people in the management, others are the worst I have ever worked with.

There is no company culture. Everything is micro managed. The management heads themselves are the worst. Everyday seemed like a task to go to office. It can be defined as a pure “Lala Company”.

Summit hotels is a brand, which you can trust on. Bosses are not boss here, infact your motivator, gives you the free hand to achieve any task with a power to lead it too.

Sometimes job doesnt seems like secure coz of distant job serving.

The staff was very good of summit hotels and resorts helpful staff

The food was very poor of summit hotels and also there is no weakly off is given by the company and u take holidays or weak off u had to give reason why u take weak off they always do Parsalety girls and boys the give weak off to the girls not for the boys in the front office department overall it's a good hotel

Working in Summit Hotels and Resorts had been a great experience. The kind of exposure i got helped me in changing the way I work and my decisions for my future.

Dislikes

Nothing that I can think about. They had it all streamlined.
