It's Just a secured job

No appraisal, no permanent and no probation. No promotion. Just keep working without any motivation or praising. I have been working from 2018 and many teachers are there those who are working for more then 10 yr and still not permanent. They have given 2000 rs increment and that to was after 5 yr. So now those who were getting 30 k getting 32k after increment. Just keep working but don't expect anything in next 6 yrs . Also permanent teacher are bullying contract teachers. Incharges have their own frnd circle and with the support of incharge time table teacher don't work except given substitute to other and incharge and her frnd and time table team having gala time. And other those who are working getting load of substitution. And no one is here to listen principal also listens to incharge and time table team only.

I solved the water problem in the School. Stop the pilferage of diesel by the drivers and staff. I changed the character of all staff from dishonest to honesty.

I will be retired from service on completion of my 58 years of age.

Staff members are veru experience

There is no growth. They are no good leaders but only bosses.Poor work environment.Teachers working for the past 20 years are thown out.Ever since the new management has come the teacher is considered worthless .There are strong likes and dislikes.
