Pathetic work life balance, one has to be mentally prepared to work from 8:45 am to 8:45-9:45 pm atleast on a daily basis and seniors consider this as normal even when there’s no work volume. Lots of manual work, atleast 4 to 5 times lagging behind in technology in comparison to other banks. Everything is done on paper and excel sheets. Management is not visionary to bring in technological advancements. Just print/scan and save everything. No trust and support on systems. Keep chopping!!!

Steady business and moderate work pressure. Work-Life balance. variable compensation is high even for support groups. Job security even if one doesn't perform.

Dislikes

Compensation not bench marked to performance. Performance is measured by hours in office not per-se the output. Low mobility. High office politics. You should be lucky if you get to work under strong leadership.
