Experience persons getting lesser salary trainee and freshers getting better salary.. Like if data entry worker even do not no data entry job he will be getting 17000 to 18000 pm salary

... as a supervisor worked 3 shift @6000 wages i joined when i joined nitin and mr. Vikash told me to me if my work will good they will increase my salary.before me hk supervisor got 16000 salary only for 8 hours work. Last supervisor worked with 16 staff, i worked with 9staff for two years but when i asked to increase my salary manager and director both are lier.only Six months salary not given while alpabachat and Pune counsel hall some time railway track cleaning Mr.nitin salunkhe director of the company when i contact him and asked about my wages.but he refused and told he left sumeet facilities.manager of alpabachat bhawan ,Pune counsel hall,and when required in railway i had cleaned railway track at night some time before 1am to 3am.only for growth.but the company not able to pay to staff.according to me begger are better than his owner.
