The salary, other benefits are very good in SQU. Definitely their is a work life balance

Dislikes

To much of focus on research publications for the teaching faculty. 80% research and only 20% teaching,moreover the recruitment of teaching faculty is based on their research publication and on their teaching capabilities. Regarding the job security there is no grantee that you will get your second contract, all these things which I told is for only expatriates
