Company is very good, good sales Good environment but compensation is very poor. Working in late hours pays overtime but not paid with a hand some amount per hours basis Job security is very poor .always a fear that anytime I have to left the job

Work pressure is high and job security is always a fear Office working hours is very high You can't be late other wise amount will be deducted from salary

Only benifits is timing from 9 to 6 can give time to family

1 lala culture 2 Management Problem 3 No Increment,no salary increase 4 no training,no culture to new employee 5 Company wants labour not employees to work 6 wants new employee to come and terminate them giving any invalid reasons 7 wants courier person in sales 8 salary not on time nor even expenses 9 behaviour of sales manager is also cunning 10 camera in all rooms of employees as lala has no work only to see what employees is doing and he has no trust on any employee

It was very poor and horrible experience with SCS. Politics on peek and one editor and manager are running the company no value of employees how much they are working with SCS.They need bandhua madoor for 9 hours.

I liked the working environment of the company

I didn't like the culture of the company. Even if we do not have any work we have to sit on our respective seats and pass the time even we were not allowed to bring our phones in the office but we used to bring them in our offices.

Seniors are not supportive U can't take your decision by your own Director/Management of the company is not supportive atall It's better not to join here as they don't trust their own employees
