Best place for time pass. If you are unemployed or preparing for government job then it's a best place to work because you can give interviews and study even in working hours.

Dislikes

No hierarchy, no eticates, the top management is mostly retired persons from other industries. Maximum hirings pre inspection time like NABH , NMC . Then maximum termination post inspection. No appraisals, no promotion.

Very poor patient care services,local medicine are provided being an employee I was injected the same medication it turned into severe cellulitis not yet recovered.Medical superintendent with zero administrative knowledge only favouritism knows, Estate manager female is same 0 administrative knowledge knows only to bulley and dominate employees ruined complete organisation, appraisal is impossible only if you are relatively known then good, otherwise no scope of growth,the one who do not get job in better organisation stays there only.

There is nothing to like about this college.

Dislikes

It was a nightmare working in this college. Salaries were delayed for months and finally left unpaid. The management is abysmally unprofessional, untrustworthy and dishonest. Salaries are paid by cheque which bounce or are stopped more often than not. Only aim of this college is to mint money and cheat the faculty. Faculties are treated with no respect. I would not recommend to anyone.
