Where to begin. The people in this law firm play politics. No growth and useless work culture. All the seniors associates lobby and try to make you feel inferior. Useless culture which is full of politics and favouritism. Will resign as soon as I get a job.

Sujata Chaudhri's office is a very difficult and unpleasant place to work due to a person named Pankaj Kumar. He is rude, rough, and behaves in a manner that can be described as aggressive and unprofessional. Pankaj often shouts at new employees, especially paralegals, with the intention of making their work environment unbearable, so they leave the office. His behavior seems to be tolerated because of his close relationship with the office head, Ms. Sujata Chaudhri, and her best friend, Deeksha Anand. Pankaj is also very eager to demand respect from juniors, despite his rude and unprofessional conduct. He comes from a poor background, born to illiterate parents living in an illegal colony in Vinod Nagar, Delhi. By chance, he landed a job at Sujata Chaudhri's IP law firm, where he has been working since 2011. His inappropriate behavior is well-known to both Ms. Sujata Chaudhri and Deeksha Anand. However, neither of them takes any action to address the issue. Deeksha, being his close friend, often convinces Sujata that Pankaj is a good employee, while falsely claiming that new paralegals are not performing well.

Dislikes

One of the things I dislike the most about this place is that the head of the firm, Ms. Sujata Chaudhri, fails to take action against Pankaj Kumar, who continues his inappropriate behavior. Many paralegals have fallen victim to Pankaj’s harassment, abuse, and humiliation. He often engages in office politics, targeting new employees. The only paralegal who seems to stay here is Lalita. A new employee, Vinod, rejoined the firm and had his job confirmed because of his previous experience with Sujata Chaudhri. This place is full of office politics, and it’s an unpleasant environment for newcomers. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid joining this firm. Your job will not be secure, and you will likely face humiliation from people like Pankaj Kumar. Don't be misled by perks like free lunches, insurance plans, and leave policies – they don't compensate for the toxic work culture.

Hell lot of micro management, intrusion in name of discipline, no respect /acknowledgement of work, senior is always right attitude, law works based on mood of management and so on..

Very high attrition rate. Staff is always humiliate and belittled over little things.

Dislikes

Speaking from personal experience, the firm has high attrition. Job description is vague. There is no mentoring or guidance givem.
