Research and Development are carried out by a bunch of illiterate JOKERS , THEY NOT EVEN PASSED 10 TH STD😂😂😂😂😂😂, THIS MANAGER NEVER TAKE EDUCATED PERSON UNDER THEM if some educated one comes under them by chance , they will torture them and make them to leave with in no time. CMD department was leading by another fool guy , don't even know how to draft a mail with out spelling mistake 😂😂😂😂😂 If you want to waste your time I will say this is the best place😂😂😂😂😂 All gm posts are for name , no power to control or to give approval ,Bor make decisions even if you want 5000 in advance , approval need from top management All your decision making ability will be frozen, instead of acting like this , you can sit in home and enjoy Scientific person will be given 15-30 days to develop a new product, and again this will be crossed checked by every give 15-30 days End of the day the product a scientist developed and will be checked by joker R& D trail manager, who doesn't know the spelling of science, and report will be given as not good product 😂😂😂😂😂 So scientist if you want get demotivate and neglected this is the best place. And dear veterinary Doctors if you believe in self respect pls don't prefer here, it is wate of time. Your entire life will go by making weekly reports that no one will see.😂😂😂😂😂😂

Many people at management posts are quaks. Ideas are not respected. No response from top management to Immediately correct something, take too much time for approval. So much reports but never go for true analysis.

I have work 14 years in Suguna this is best company in poultry industry ,salary ,bonus increment given on time Company CO managment good but region level managment doing wrong poltics ,over all good company to work any department and career growth .
