This VP must be thrown out from the company, He removed many good persons. He is already been removed from his last company.. Low appraisal, less chance of getting promotions. I have observed that there is only one think is very worrisome that Suguna company not place to any employees in theirs local area and there are having lot of transfer of one employee from one place to another place. If any employee are transferring from one place to another place then he is suffer the many type of problems like kids sutdy,family issues are also included in this. Thanks Pramod Kumar
