Hard work doesnt stand any value Competency has no value . Office politics is at its helm So called sales directors have no clue how to function . If u achieve , credit will be taken away by these old timers .

Learn new things, because Sugee complete many more projects in short time with without comparmise quality. All Directors are very nice people. Nitin Sir is very kind and nice person.

Some of the old employees are there, they wouldn't be supportive of the growth of any new employees. And they're harrsing other peoples. In project team and office team also.

Horrible politics from the long time working seniors there not allowing to any growth to the efficient new comers and also MD’s helpless policy of not supporting the new comers and not taking care of them by taking any action against the unprofessional and wrong behaviour of these old staff (being in his personal relations)
