Likes

Managers are supportive. But managers must be able to teach good audit skills to their team. They need to improve their own auditing skills much more.

Dislikes

No technical skills gave. Managers don't know how to talk to women staff. Insensitive, rude. They don't have proper knowledge on how to give more value to client. They come for just showing face do some other clients work and go after few hrs. HR is also very rude and very irresponsible. Very very difficult to get leave coz client work.

People are supportive and new things to learn

Dislikes

Too much efforts are put in to control people rather than on outcome and targets that are achieved in time and in a flexible way. They want things to learn their way so it is a bit harsh on people working. An organisation should be flexible but it is trying to be rigid and down up approach is lacking apart from just feedbacks are taken.
