Salary is too low. Experienced professors joining the institute shouldn't expect high pay. Suitable for fresher to gain experience. Many of the government holidays are not followed by the college

...es are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria . Policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
