The compny is open to innovation and readily adops latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets relible, High-Quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes. I have to work 8-9 hours straight in a day ...

Very good working environment, transportation service for female employees, Diwali vacation and Bonus, Recreation activities.

Dislikes

I think canteen facility should be there for labour and workers. Deduction of salary for late logins which is affecting employees financially very badly.

Some how working culture is good however, creating local lobby is looking like cancer for any organization growth. It's time to restrict it and cut off all these issues. People like holding Senior position making conspiracy and by passing Senior Person in QC . Holding down people in hand and playing this type of double game. By this way they are secure their chair. As they are scared about their job.

1 Company culture is like supporting down line people and by pass Senior Person, the person holiding post. 2. Site Senior Person humiliated QC Person inside his cabin. This is the most prominent reason, I had decided to quit the Job. Other side my family was there , however that was I managed since so many years.

Okay before writing I'd like to assure this is an honest review not something which is written in rage/hate against the company. 1. The company is ran by a mindset that employees are slave to the company, they'd unnecessarily ask you stay for longer hours but even if you are late for a minute they'd deduct salary. 2. There is absolutely NO facilities for employees like transportation, canteen, family mediclaim. Even there is no facility to provide clean drinking water to the employees and they also don't have adequate washrooms for the staff especially females. 3. There is NO job security, they'd forcefully ask you to resign for stupid reasons and this will be based on politics etc. 4. Zero innovation, zero quality and zero safety culture.
