There is no such thing in organisation which any one likes here.

Dislikes

...rrounding to owner are satisfied and they control all the activities in plant. Employees are not given any offer letter/ appointment letter, salary slips, confirmation letter, etc. Owner doesn't care about employees hygiene. Only one toilet for all employees. There is no separate washroom for female staff. Only one water cooler in plant for all employees including casual workers. Plant is located 10 kms from the main industrial area without any transport facilities for employees. No one is ever appreciated here. Once the summer season is over there are very few production orders and the owner is on shouting spree and using bad language at all employees without any reason. Many more to continue..
