It’s close to my location and the colleagues are very friendly.

Everything… they pay more salary to those who don’t even do any work and they pay less salary to the person who gives all their heart to work… chairman doesn’t have the manners to talk to the employees, especially females and only puts his points and also never listen to the employee's point of view, his pov is only correct, very bad and only 10 PL in a year and no public holidays even after being a listed company.. worst also increment doesn’t happen on time. Also, they give the wrong material to the big companies. Doesn’t even give leave on Saturday, also they are always ready to cut your salary if you take leave cz for genuine reasons. I would never recommend anyone to go to Sudarshan Pharma

Everything. They fudge the documents and pay money to get the fake GMP certificates. They don’t have their own plants and analysis labs. They just copy paste it and share with the clients. Many companies has already blacklisted them for this reason. Worst HR policy. Immature HR having no experience.

Dislikes

They don't give proper information or instructions regarding work and expects is to give our best. Even if we are working, hardworking and give results and yet they say we are not doing enough. They literally demotivate us and above all they don't give appraisal on time they keep on delaying it for more than 6 months after completing one year. They do fraud business
