There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is my first company, so as per my experience culture, environment, management & policies all are excellent. About my teammates my all seniors are fully support to grow of my life. They all are treat like a younger brother. When I was joined SUCGI in that time me only a scalar quantity but now I'm a vector quantity. Overall experience is good. We find the same workplace everywhere because the thinking of Indian employee is same. They focus more pulling than pushing a new employee. If this mentality of people changes then the workplace will motivate the employee to do more and utilise the full potential towards company benefits.
