We all faculties get paid before Covid -19 started its impact, without any prior notice my 14 co-workers sacked from their job and without of salary. We 9 faculties are currently working with half month salary since April 2020. Once we get better opportunity we will surely move on. It's my request to all Guardians, dear students, and fellow job seekers, never join SBIHM Group or Hope to join only by looking at online ratings and Advertisement. Better Try for State IHMs or IHMs with your best support and Knowledge.

I didnt found anything good here as a faculty.

They don't provide offer letter or joining letter or even salary. Don't treat faculties well. Learning atmosphere is below zero for students. Students don't have basic knowledge of their specialisation. Lack of faculties made the students desperate to discourage learning and respecting faculties. Policts is on high among the principal and faculties.

Worst company ever. They doesn't maintain any kind of documentary of employees. ZERO FACILITIES AND ABSOLUTE DISASTER.

Doesn't give appointment letter or joining letter at the time of joining. Doesn't provide PAYSLIP or any documents related to salary

Big infrastructure, decent principal, flexible job & timing

Dislikes

Location of Barasat campus, worst management & policies. Offer letter is given after 6 months to fire an employee without any reason. Almost 60% employees were sacked during covid & the remaining were paid only half salary but never on time
