Happy working nature. Well management. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary, incentive & hike for every 6 months.

Dislikes

My education is not considered here and salary is not given on the basis of education.

Dislikes

No Growth ( only chamcha people got promotion easily), No compensation & benefits( 10 to 15 year old employee working on 20k to 25k salary), no job security (they can easily remove 10 to 15 year old employee) For policy (bhad me gai policy attitude)

Work environment has deteriorated over time, company culture maybe is the only positive I can think of.

Can write an article in this section but would summarize in a few points- Low salary High attrition while hiring is frozen since last six months Management's good at daydreaming but ineffective in understanding what is the need of the hour Everyone I know at my level here feels miserable and ready to move out, in its current form this organisation is a graveyard for talent.

Some peoples are good and supportive i must say timely salary is credited. Alots of things i learn from there.

Dislikes

JOB security is not there.If because of any reasons company is winding up they need to understand the Employees situations as well but thats not happening company HR continous call and ask to put Resignation and do continous calls which is inappropriate.

Good work place, supportive teammates and managers with healthy environment and huge cafeteria and gaming place salary is also good and hike and bonuses also given every year

Nothing is to b disliked honestly, just salary is bit less than other work places
