... and in their favour only .. they don't provide sim card for calling candidate.. don't not even provide salary on time ever, always say that we don't have enough money to pay you..(then why are you running this consultancy?) second thing if you Don't reach the target they simply deduct your Full salary even if it is their fault. As per my knowledge HR recruiter job is should not be target base ..but they always say its type of sales job. No professionalism at all . All positive reviews aur fake which are written by their own friends. Request you do not join stylin.. the company which they provide are also do not provide salary on time. Lots of politics and favoritism office culture.

I was worked as recruitment manager in stylein consultancy, my overall experience is worst with stylein consultancy, every month we have to beg for the salary, not a single month salary credit on time, company dont have capital, owner have his own personal issues, if your performance is upto the mark still you ll not get your salary on time, you will get only excuses for salary but not the salary... And work culture is also worst... Owner makes rules and targets which will be benificial for him only. Every employee facing the same issue, owner only promise for your bright future but he look for his profit only..... If you are planning to join stylein dont do that, there are many companies , dont waste your time and efforts. One more thing dont be on owners words, he changes his own words as per situation.
