favouritism is at its peak. Director Mr. Bhagawan prashad is illiterate he always prefer the manpower who behave like his followers. In operation team Mr Arindan Sengupta is horrible in his work. He is a ridiculous. He can backstab you anytime.

...tive works alone,No job security. Transfer frequently from one place to another.No fix date of salary it may be disbursed on 13th of the month.

Styles Bazaar is a good store as far as I know, compared to other stores the salary here is very good, it gives quick promotions to the staff.

In the style market, he takes extra duty from the staff and does not get any payment for it. Every day all the staff takes duty for 12, 13, 14 hours.

Salary structure is good and on time. Yearly bonus policy is good .

Work culture. ( Very nepotism over there) Zero knowledge person freeze here as manager by HOD's Chamchagiri. You don't take any disision as manager empowerment.. Forcefully giving pressure for useless and unwanted work.
