No job security, poor compensation, No performance appraisal shared by HOD and appraisal did by other department HOD. No criteria of increment. All decisions is taken by Management, which is unprofessional. Undefine job responsibility and putting additional responsibility to person who never refuse to work. Organizational politics. Grapevine hierarchy. Standard Operating Procedure is missing in every department.

If you considering joining this company, DROP the IDEA immediately. This place is toxic mess filled with narrow management, zero work culture and no job security. Employees are treated as disposable, and firing happen anytime and without any reason.
