All decisions is taken by Management, which is unprofessional. Undefine job responsibility and putting additional responsibility to person who never refuse to work. Organizational politics. Grapevine hierarchy. Standard Operating Procedure is missing in every department.

Employees are treated as disposable, and firing happen anytime and without any reason.
