...lso informed that we have to wait for 45 Days for the full and final Settlement. Had to talk to the upper management to get the salary credited in 2 working days. No job security. They fired me on the 15th of December, by telling me to put my resignation or they would terminate me with immediate effect. I informed him that where will I get a job in the middle of the month which he was not ready to understand

There was nothing to do work lack of productivity and also I don't recommend to any of person to join . Just don't play with careers of people.

No work to do in the starting they show all proper things then afterwards they will play with your career by not giving incentive, not giving work, not answers our email. I truly regret to do work here it's hard to find job else we're due to company nonsense atmosphere. Thank you

Perfect Working Environment for any employee. Management is sync. Main thing Mr. Nilesh Lal who is actually a Boss to us never behaves like one. He is a great leader and always motivates all of us for Positive way of Working All the Employees don't only work with the Company however they work FOR the Company leading to a Successful roots in Australia, Canada and Nepal and INDIA One should always experience in person and enjoy work culture.

The company was doing fine untill the Director Nilesh Lal joined with his full team he replaced full team of Ahmedabad branch including branch manager and forced us to put the resignation as well as they didn't allowed us to serve notice period also..please do not prefer this company if you are planning for long term.
