I think this is the worst company i have ever worked it. The higher management team treat people like they are not human. They make people work post their shift hours and also manipulate then to work on weekends and if you dont wanna work they will make you feel guilty for not working on weekends. I think they should change the working days from 5 days working to 7 days working as most of people already work on every single weekend. I think the work never ends in study group and higher management thinks that making people doing overtime can solve this. The higher management is too manipulative. There is so much office politics and if someone wants to go to the HR to complain about management, they will just simply ask them to leave the organisation before completing their notice period. Also you will never get promoted as a manager or assistant manager if you know how to work but you will only get promoted only if you know how to butter the senior managers. They operation's management also treat the support teams like they are here to work for them. Never ever join this organisation or you will be doomed till you resign or untill they fire you for no reason.

If you are ready to get unnecessary 100 percent target and unwanted pressure along with rude behavior then join this company. Also there is no job security their tenured employees make 100 mistakes a day but even if you make one they'll keep a track and insult you.

Dislikes

Everything is not unstable, they'll sulk even if you take annual leave.

Manipulation techniques by management, forced overtime, complete partiality by management, no promotion to other people other than the favourites
