Well, I had been a part of the organisation for almost two years. Initially learning was good, but that reduced drastically in months. It felt too stagnant. Teammates were cooperative enough.

Dislikes

Although work was initially fun, it died out in the process, management needs to improve A LOT. Personal relationships and problems within administration, hence a lot of biasedness in decision making. Also the fact, hardwork is rewarded with more work, and nothing else but disappointment. Decision making is based on ego and emotions. There is no training whatsoever. Appraisal is at snail's pace. Average serving period of an employee is 1year in the organisation.
