...ningful action management introduced draconian rules to test staff every 3 week. With only support from management being a newspaper link listing cheapest covid testing centers, underpaid employees now have to pay a penalty of 100$ every month for the incompetence of the management.

Dislikes

Apart from a mediocre medical insurance, there is no benefit of working with this company. Here now everything is a show off. The top people in the management is happy, but the workers who make the company tick day in day out are seething with frustration and anger.

I enjoy working with this company, I have learned a lot to my Project Director because he is very supportive in all aspect during the project execution from the beginning until the end of the project. There's no racism in this company, all have an equal opportunity regardless of your nationality. The admin/HR department are very cooperative and supportive - Thumbs up! to them.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
