There is no job security. The management plays around by not giving offer letter at the time of joining and giving unpaid annual leave even after substantial period of employment is completed.Employees are expected to dance at their tunes all the time whether right or wrong!Do not waste your valuable time and energy at this pathetic place which only follows Hire and Fire policy!

studio52 is a wonder place to work, the problem with work environment is ....ur given responsibilities without authority , the proprietor himself is obscure as its a family business, the management decisions are strike-down by one or the other family member .hence professionalism is lacking. The company does not follow any polices and procedures, Policies r mutated as per the owner.
