studio52 is a wonder place to work, the problem with work environment is ....ur given responsibilities without authority , the proprietor himself is obscure as its a family business, the management decisions are strike-down by one or the other family member .hence professionalism is lacking. The company does not follow any polices and procedures, Policies r mutated as per the owner.
