Have to work in shifts. Not much growth. Average hikes. Paid Transportation. No Work from Home. No Team outings.

Overall a good place to work as a fresher u can start working , because that's how i Started and gave me good exposure, in new environment . Learned lot of things in technical and in work environment how manage the quality standards and beat the targets etc .

Dislikes

There should be some motivation , no proper training if any help is needed in technical .

All instrument calibration and replace and control panel DCS. and PLC panel I like this work so i hope i am doing safely work

I don't like unsafe work any work doing safely any how work safe my life safe my life safe my family safe i remember my remember family

STS management is the excellent timely provided all facilities and salary good communication culture of department

Dislike not major issues but small issues are coming like that food essues travelling essues not any time sometimes

Release the materials against customer schedule. Purchasing Raw Materials & consumables against Purchase Order, Accounting day to day purchase & Sales without delay. Managing & Tracking Credit Limits to all Suppliers & Sub Contractors. Coordination with all departments for achieving Targets.

Raw Material & SFG Material Production & Purchase Planning from Supplier & Sub Contract Ends.
