The systems are very well defined. The Seniors follow the system themselves very well. Technical achievements are focused on. Highly proffesional atmosphere perfect for the people who wants their career to have a great graph.

Flexi times shall be taken up. Holidays should be revised. Salary scales revision required.

I like the employee rehire policy.

Those were not happy days at all. Salary hike was like null. I just lost all my confidence, as senior used to dominate all the time. Growth is very slow due to lack of variety in work and compensation is also very less.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good appraisals are fair & they give bad salary bonus every year.

There is alot politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
