In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. As such there was nothing to be liked about the company. team mates were good, there was no career growth, salary was always delayed, not much of learning after few months, no work life balance, still got pending dues with company even after 3 years of leaving the company.
