... also give me warning to terminate after giving a good performance in 3 days ... Then the month goes on salary date they don't gave me salary at all ..and i was crying because I have to give the rent but they can't understand and terminate me ...such a heartless organisation they are...they dnt even respect to talk to the.elders and olders also.... Can't recommend to join plz dnt come ....when you heard Strivik business solutions ..then straight said nope .... Because if you want to destroy yourself then plz welcome to that organisation

...n hire and fire policy. They torture candidates after joining. Doing harrasment. After that no paid salary.

...e them fool to join company and within one month they can torture and harrassed. And candidates will leave without salary. Please mumbai candidates request you to don't join company .

Nothing is likeable in this company this is fraud company.

They hire employee make them work for 1 before salary they abscond stating that your not working properly and 1) they make your work whole month and collect data and client from you 2) not at all safe to work here 3) even they fraud client by stating we give this service that service they do nothing. 4) They Don't have HR there is one random person who never come to office and company says HR is there connect with HR when you connect with her she says I don't know anything I will ask and I will let you know 5) No safe place for women 6) even they don't pay travelling expenses

...ompany....govt or someone should tak action against them.......Absolute worst... They dont give salary to employees and terminate them without reason after making them work whole month.

They ask their own employees to write fake good reviews. Owner is fraud and scammer.
