What I like about Strict guard are of few points which is (1)Professionalism,(2)Vision, (3)Mission, (4)Team work,(5)Goals oriented; Talking about Teammate is base on the same date of employment which has to do with salary structure, Training: before posting employees has to under go thoroughly training,Job security as the name implies is a task of responsibility about life and properties,Career Growth:is by going further into a details search to enable the employees to developed themselves in a high standard of their careers,Salary/appraisal: Is base on how many years you being in service and how good you are intense of moral behavior at places of work, Travel: we travel from place to place either locally or international base on contracts etc.

Dislikes

It's of good environment when there are no crimes and work environment is bad when there is crisis that is capable of causing damage, there have nothing to do with politics because it is a private entity,workers of strict guards are well train in order to face the challenges of time.
