We get to learn different things at work about work everyday. There is also weekly once snacks given on Fridays and monthly basis Team Breakfast and quarterly basis Movie Night with the team. Yearly once there is also Offsite we get to experience. We also get proper weekend off Saturdays and Sundays.

No job security No promotion No accountability No standard operations procedures There is only interdependency between teams for which several follow ups are made. We have to travel to work station even when it’s raining outside like cats and dogs.
