In SSS it's good for new entrants, as they can learn in the start days because they would be overloaded with targets, so working under huge pressure is good experience for days to come. It's good for those employees who keep on working and without demanding anything.

Dislikes

SSS can't digest employees having more knowledge than them and it's killing if you claim that you have completed good job, no rewards. They don't meet their commitments, if they have committed to give you incentive after 12 months, they will try to through you out after 10 months or will start non-sense stories. Basically they kill the leadership and convert them in hardworking labor.
