I was on the payroll of stratsol and worked for other company.I took approved leaves for 5days.when i left company stratsol deducted salary for those 5 days .stratsol did not give salary for unused leaves to people also who had been converted to permanent role.i wrote so many mails to them but they said leaves for more than 2days have to be informed to the stratsol also.Strange !it was no where written in the offer letter and also we had not informed them before also for taking leaves for more than 2 days.seems that's how stratsol making extra money when people either get on permanent role or leave company!

I don't like stratsol software systems Senior behaviour, they talk very rudely even never reply on time. Way of talk is very disrespectful. Management totally ignore employees problem. I worked more than 5 day even on public holidays and in return I got nothing. There is no job security And turn down contract before it's end. Skill development is zero Company culture is treated employees like they are aliens

They are easily terminated any employee !! Just 6 month job security not more than that so please don’t go that job easily it will destroy your carrer. so please don’t join that.

Working in Stratsol Software Systems keeps me very energetic because the environment is very nice and the stakeholders are very friendly, they take care of their employees in the standard manner.
