Immature higher authorities, your leave causes immense loss for the conpany even for a day, the firm being a newbie in the market with experienced individuals is trying to achieve a dream revenue, paying less to qualified employees is kinda revenue generation for the firm, no value for genuine employees, corporate gaslighting atmosphere at peak!

The work culture is very nice. The timings are flexible from 9 to 6pm. The partners and associates are very supportive and cooperative. Every individual in the firm is friendly and dedicative. Although I was here for two months but I wanted to stay here for a longer duration.

The management of Stratjuris has allowed all the employees to work from home since March when the first lockdown was not even started. I appreciate how they are supporting us and providing the employees flexibility of time to complete the work.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
