...nt all of these trainers were remained unemployed for quite a long time, 6M- 1Y. Also 30% of the salary was deducted from April 2020 off the remaining teainers and sadly the deduction is still going on even after 2 years of First lockdown. There is no one in the organization to listen to the trainer's worries. All the trainers in the project are brilliant but sadly all of them are suffering till today. SLS says it is the client who has reduced the commercials. And trust me this is the worst client in the whole of automobile industry. If you ever get a call for a job from them, please think thrice, research well and then only join at your own risk.

There is no career growth. Despite of continuous travel for 1.5 months as a sign of loyalty and dedication, the annual appraisal was only 3.5%. There is no work life balance. The training calendar is scheduled in a way when we have to train from Monday to Saturday and have to travel on Sundays. This is there till till the 25th - 27th of every month and web have to be in the area office in the balance number of days. Hence we don't have any time for our personal life. During travel, even to big cities, the per day lunch is Rs.400/- and even if we reach a destination in the morning, we have to fight for the reimbursement of both the lunch and dinner. Though being a lady trainer, I was made to travel in an RAC and a tatkal booking was refused and I had to travel when I was running viral fever. I was asked to train in my viral fever and was refused leaves because of a regorous training of the manpower was required after the launch of a new personal Product.

...dition, we require support from our professional team, we usually don't get one. So, my outstanding reimbursement, my relocation reimbursement for the month of August 2018, my last month's of salary i.e for March 2019 and the 3 months of salary in leiu of no 3 months of notice period, as per the offer and confirmation letter, have not been given to me till now despite of regular telephonic conversations and mailers. I would never suggest anyone to work with SLS.

One of the organization, pioneer in Automobiles training be it Sales, Service, Parts Management, Customer Care, and slowly spreading in Tyres, insurance, telecom..... It always a great experience to be associated with this kind of organization which gives you immense opportunity to explore your talent if you are willing to do so.....

Keep distance from some members of the HR team. They will told you that there us no travelling in the job, but suddenly you have to travel a lot. Travel policy and travel claim reimbursement is very pathetic.

The organisation is service provider for automobile OEMs.Due to restructuring by OEMs there is impact on professional fee and quantum of work resulting in salary deduction and Layoffs. Before COVID SLS was known its good policy and reliability but now things have changed drastically.

Dislikes

No such negative point in SLS and irrespective of organization career growth is limited in service sector.
