they have very good products but don't have any knowledge in it..

Dislikes

very poor management always crying for money.. they do not have money to pay full salary. even this company is not paying bonus since 3 years and not giving any increment. now they have reason of COVID. But they are not giving it before COVID. they do not have any feelings for their employees treat like labour. due to this behaviour non of application and technical engineer in this company survive more than 2 years.

Company Timing is good Alternate Saturday off

Dislikes

in name of training they give only introduction of their products. No laptop provided by company to any Engineer you have to brought your own laptop. poor company. No hotel provided by company when I go HO for training. I have to stay in PG and No food allowances given. Even they do not have hard copy of their products. we have to show soft copy in laptop or in mobile to coustomers. very narrow minded management with higher visions.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
