Best part about the company for me was, I got to work on a lot of active projects so I had a lot of improvement in my technical skills. They don't mind experimenting new technologies. People in the company are really cooperative and friendly.

Dislikes

Even after working in a lot of projects and working on day offs, the higher ups only recognise your work. But there is not translation in terms of financial upgrade. Appraisals are not so great.

Nothing to like about.. Don’t appreciate employees. Half of the company is filled with relatives & family members. And family members try to dominate other employees. Promotion and increment given to family members.

No work ethic and full of hypocrisy and politics.

This is a fake company, going join it

Though it is a private USA company but it runs by family members from Singapore and India. Dont join it as you will be asked to leave after 4 months as this is what is happening since past few years. Only those who are cousins of seniour member stays. rest all are asked to leave

Flat structure, no hierarchy and no scope for professional development. No clarity on growth path. Management vision is not clear.

Dislikes

No transparancy and no vision of doing business. Every thing is controlled by one person and no empowerment given

The employees will speak only kannda they won't communicate in English...The dressing sense was not formal foe atleast HR only...The employees will use bad words inside the work...Which is not at all professional..So much negativity...too much partiality...Feels like fed up to go for the job only
