Very unstable environment, management keeps changing every few months and with new mangement work culture also changes, job security is always at risk when new management comes

No career growth, i have not seen anyone promoting in front of me. They keep getting new people in company but dont promote the existing team. Years and years in people have been working in same positions. You dont learn anything new coz you are doing the same thing from day one

Training is 0 as the sales vp never took interested in training his expectations is that go out and beg to external clients to give company business. Many times it happened that he actually begged. vp has 0 knowledge about genetic science and just because of him creamed employees left. His qualifications is also a question mark because he speaks in wrong English all the time, most likely he bought his degree to get position. So basically there is nothing good about the company.
