...no support from HR people whenever the employee facing difficulties in his team. Maximum Increment is 3% per annum Work time also affect on your personal If you're hired with the good package giving too much of pressure based on your salary

You only learn how to absorb pressure and with different different you may learn new skills

No good salary, no working balance, for the last 3 year am working with same salary and designation, only resion working here as they are providing WFH as due to some family resion I need WFH so am working here otherwise company is totally DABAA...zero work-life balance

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

I learned lot from the company. I have developed my skills and knowledge from the team as in company.

Very less salary. I don't have manage my family because of less salary, i have need growth in my salary level. And same as promotion too.

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

Work expectations are very high, overloaded. Salary is very low.
