The people. Very hard working people with great attitude. Sadly, the management is toxic.

Dislikes

...P. Runs on the whims and fancies of owners. No fringe benefits. No transparency. Meagre salary. Owners look for ways to not pay employees their fair share. Companies like these have no business being in business. They have three websites: Reports Monitor, Garner Insights and Market Research Vision. They are into market research reports which is a sham. Their reports are all copied data from internet. No deeper insights whatsoever.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
