Worst company to get into. Pathetic working hours. Low salaries in the name of pandemic. No proper working culture. In short, it's a big no for anyone trying to get into this company.

The people. Very hard working people with great attitude. Sadly, the management is toxic.

Dislikes

No job security. No SOP. Runs on the whims and fancies of owners. No fringe benefits. No transparency. Meagre salary. Owners look for ways to not pay employees their fair share. Companies like these have no business being in business. They have three websites: Reports Monitor, Garner Insights and Market Research Vision. They are into market research reports which is a sham. Their reports are all copied data from internet. No deeper insights whatsoever....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
