1. Toxic work culture 2. Verbal discussions are nor tracked and documented via mails. 3. The formalities in terms HR policies was discussed verbally and same is not found in offer letter which includes that all leaves will be deducted of first year of employment and the commitment amount to be paid to the employer till one year by cash. 4. A boss who never leads you or mentors you correctly, not interested to listen your challenges. Although humiliates you publicly affects your mental well -being. 5. High employee turnover and low morale - in past few months employees literally absconded from the organization without any prior notice due to constant stress and negativity 6. Lack of accountability - employees blame each other for any issues following fear of boss's attitude. 7. Employees try to talk with boss taking care of his mood swings.
